About Maisha

There was a time Maisha Beard could not speak up for herself. Today, more than 10,000 people have heard her voice.

Maisha is a Transformational Speaker, Communication Strategist, and Clarity Consultant with 30 years as an entrepreneur and more than 15 years on stage. Her work lives where clear communication meets community impact, and it rests on one belief: your brilliance is already within you, and clarity is what allows the world to experience it.

Confidence was something she grew into. Her journey from silence to the stage shaped everything she now teaches about clarity, confidence, voice, and power, and every time she speaks, she helps someone else begin to rewrite their own story.

She brings those four principles together in her book, Already Brilliant: A Clarity Shift™ Guide to Confidence, Voice, and Power. Through her signature framework, The Clarity Shift™, she guides leaders and entrepreneurs to tap into their clarity, own their voice, and lead with confidence.
